- If I fixed one thing in the next 7 days, what would make everything else easier?
- What keeps breaking or coming back, even after I “fix” it?
- Where am I guessing instead of deciding?
If you’re unsure, choose the thing you keep thinking:“I don’t know what to do about this.”
