Routine before 5AM class
Do you guys wake up at dot 5AM for the class or actually 10-15 minutes earlier and do some routine like brushing, shower, stretching and meditation?
Eager to hear as I see people already dressed up and ready to go for Lunch after the call 😅 just kidding!
