- Default to "Yes, and..." thinking
3. Progress Over Perfection
- Ship it, test it, improve it—in that order
- Share your messy middle, not just polished results
- Failed campaigns teach more than theory
- Document what didn't work so others can leap ahead
4. Give Value First
- Drop knowledge before asking questions

- Think: "How does this help someone make money or save time?"
