The Gravity Culture Collective is a structured, practice-based space dedicated to strengthening emotional and mental health wellbeing within the field of education.
This is not a social community built for conversation alone, and it is not a productivity space focused on output or performance. It exists to support educators in doing the real work of sustaining themselves while continuing in education with integrity, clarity, and care.
The Collective is grounded in the Five Fires of Educator Distress—disillusionment, burnout, compassion fatigue, demoralization, and moral injury. These are not personal failures, but predictable responses to prolonged misalignment between human needs and institutional demands.
Inside the Collective, members engage with guided wellbeing practices, shared language, and practical tools to restore steadiness and capacity. Participation is flexible, with no expectation to post, perform, or keep up.
Educator wellbeing is not a side project; it is the work!
