I’ve been under the weather for a little while, which is why I haven’t been posting — but praise God, I’m finally feeling better! 🙌
This time away really reminded me how precious our health is and how important it is to care for the bodies God gave us. Our bodies are His temple, and every choice we make — from what we eat to how we rest — is an act of stewardship and gratitude. 💜

I’m so thankful for God’s healing and His mercy, and I’m making a commitment to continue building a healthy lifestyle that honors Him — body, mind, and spirit. 🌱

💬 My Answer:
For me, I’m committing to being mindful of what I put into my body. From now on I will take care of the body he gave me instead of giving into my fleshly desires all the time! Our bodies need real nutrients not this fake garbage we get that is convenient. I will also be giving thanks daily for the health that God has restored. 🙏
