Try one:
💌 𝐓𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 — get specific about something they’ve done or the difference they’ve made.
☕ 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚 𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐲 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐞 — coffee, flowers, a favorite snack, or another simple “thinking of you” gesture.
💛 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐠𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐮𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐝 — and genuinely thank them.

The ripple doesn’t have to be big.
