Titles-Don't-Tell Tuesday
Do you know that your job title is the smallest thing about you?
'Clerk' doesn't say you managed records for an entire agency. 'School safety agent' doesn't say you read people and defuse conflict daily. 'Retired' doesn't say 10, 20, 30 years of institutional knowledge.
Today, describe what you actually DO — not what your title says or the title you gave yourself.
