Ding Ding!! The bell has not been rung yet!! (WCC round 12)

In a stunning bounce back from his round 11 loss, GM Ding played an absolute incredible game today in order to claw the overall match score back to 6-6 win 2 games left to play (before any sort of tie-break). As our bonus tactic of the day yesterday showed, GM Ding had a startling game loosing blunder in game 11 leading most people to believe that GM Gukesh was a heavy favorite to close out the match and become the youngest WCC but today GM Ding had something to say about that.

GM Ding pulled out a 1.c4 opening today that was very similar to what he lost to yesterday. He put on an absolute master class of how to improve your position in the middle game when almost all of the pieces are still on the board.
