I'm pretty sure I'm addicted to Skool. But I'm ok with that. I'm on social media and most other media less. That cool result of that is I'm less stressed and I'm growing more. Most other platforms seem like people are talking a lot but saying nothing. Not here. There are really conversations happening here. Ones hou get to be a part of and not just watch. When I do get back onto other platforms I immediately feel the anxiety coming back. Am I alone in this?

i have not yet decided, if i want to anti-blitz. last anti, i worked on my weight… (and other topics cause i cannot just choose one… its all connected…) which btw, is still constant after letting go of 5kg.. (happy about that… and on the way to leave the next 5kg behind me…) so the easiest thing for me would be to just keep going with that one, and maybe add a few exercises ... which i couldnt get done last time... but, here is a but.. and it may be sounding strange because x-mas and this time is all about peace and harmony…and good relationships… which is very important for me… but.. another but… something inside myself feels, that i need to unpack my sword… or darth vetters light savor or light sacer… can you inspire me with your thoughts on warriors please?
