Iโ€™m a bit confused about how Skool chooses the image that appears in ads. Right now, my ads are pulling in my community cover image, which is fine, but Iโ€™ve noticed some communities seem to have a much more square-looking image that fills most (or all) of the ad card. Mine ends up looking like a small landscape banner sitting inside a larger portrait card, whereas theirs appears to take up much more of the available space and looks a lot cleaner. Is there a specific image size, setting, or workaround that controls this?

IRL Coventry, England - any one coming?
Hi everyone, I want to organise an IRL in Coventry, England. I teamed up with @Monica Douglas and she's coming. So at this point we have an IRL between 2 people. Celebrating a win and sharing because it's exactly what I taught in the DM workshop. My cohort doors closed two weeks ago. Done. Cart shut. But my Facebook ads are still running, still bringing new people into my community every day. And every time someone new comes in, my auto DM goes out. This week, two of those people replied.. and told me right away exactly where they were stuck. So i asked them how I could help.. I started coaching them right there in the DMs. Real value, found what was actually broken on their stores, handed them a quick win they could go fix that day. And here's what happens when you lead with value.. they came to ME. Both asked how they could learn more and work with me. So I told them about my program, and it was a full-body fuck yes for both.. within 12 hours for one, 24 for the other, they were in. This is the whole point of what I showed you guys.. the conversions are in the conversations. The auto DM opened the door and asked the question, the real conversation did the rest.. and my doors didn't even have to be open. One signed up for the year, one's on monthly.. both started by a single auto DM asking "How can I help?". And remember when I told you this challenge did about 15k? that just took it to over 17k....more than 1/2 that from DMs... not a single sales call. It's the leaky bucket working in reverse.. instead of losing people through the cracks, you catch them, have a real conversation, and let the right ones in. If you haven't caught my DM workshop replay yet, this is the exact strategy I teach.. just sharing a little proof it works ๐Ÿฅ‚
