Why are they not all over? 🎒 Pokémon: My boys were obsessed growing up. I think I've blocked most of that time period for survival reasons! 📚 Current Skool challenge: Reshaping and rebranding my ecosystem, and then figuring out tiers 👋 About me: I’m a nervous system coach, SLP of 25 years, journal creator (yes, I have a pink one even), and host of Building Resilience podcast. I live in Toronto with my husband and our blended family of five young adults. I teach people how to befriend their nervous system using both evidence based and creative ways so they can feel more peace, capacity, and joy (and often less chronic pain, illness, and symptoms). Within 24 hours of creating my new Skool community, I went from unranked to #546 in 3 hours, then to #441 in 6 hours, then overnight went down to #902, but now we're back up to #728...is this what winning feels like?!?!
