I've been signing into Skool every morning & evening. In the evening, I clear all notifications before I let myself go to bed. Last night, a session went super long and I didn't get home until 9:30. Took me til 11:30 to clear the notifications and go to bed. But, this morning, I woke up to the 🔥 I love the gamify stuff in Skool. It really works for me. To shoot for something.
