Iβve been navigating the corporate and creative seas for a long time, and Iβve noticed a strange weather pattern.
Sometimes, when a new opportunity or partnership rolls out the 'Red Carpet'βthe big promises, the 'Babe/Family' language, the high-energy love-bombingβitβs actually a Red Flag in disguise. Itβs a 'Vulture' trying to dazzle you so you don't check the tiller or notice the muddy windshield.

In your experience, where is the line?
- Is a 'Red Carpet' welcome a sign of a high-value community?
- Or is it a signal that the 'School Fees' are about to get very expensive?
Iβve found that the best 'Safe Harbours' usually have a Steady Hand and a quiet light rather than a flashing neon sign.
