Trying to figure out songwriting group [Offer]

Hey all! Great community here.

I'm building a group for songwriters, mainly in popular music.

I feel I have something to offer in this area and can help people improve their songwriting/ learn how to write songs but I don't know how to go about the offer part.

Then the idea went to full-stack where we help with everything from songwriting, to music production and then to content and branding. Still it starts with songwriting. (songwriting is also where I could help people the most, if I had to pick one thing).

I feel like this might be too broad, the idea was also to create a community where we all learn and support each other and keep each other accountable (consistency's important).

I'm trying to figure out the best approach.

any thoughts on this would be hugely appreciated
