One thing that's surprised me about community building...
People join because of the content. They stay because of the conversations.
So far this week, I welcomed 21 new members into my community, and while I'm excited about the growth, the thing I'm most curious about is what happens next.
The real magic isn't getting people in the door. It's helping them feel comfortable enough to participate.
