for all the guidance she's given me on how to make my community more fun and engaging, following Goose's amazing real-life examples.

Sam helped me land on a playful community theme that actually fits me, plus gave me smart, practical ideas for making changes without overcomplicating everything. She also shared great perspective on keeping my community fun and human, which is the whole point, right?

Today I finally started implementing some of the changes we covered. I'm feeling really good about the work I did but OMG... my brain is on massive overload!!! 🤯 🤯 🤯

I’ll keep y'all posted as things continue to take shape in my community. Sharing in case it’s useful or relatable for anyone else who’s in the middle of a build or refresh. And, it feels good to share and sort of give myself some level of accountability here (sort of?).
