how do you handle conflict?

if you paid for a vip product (not this group) and the guy never reached out to you; told you to reach out to him in the comments section; then doesn't message you back for 6 days after you did reach out do you see that as kind of disrespectful or bad service?

i voiced my opinions to him in DMs but we'll see what happens; he doesn't seem to wanna make anything right or address how i feel - should i reach out to skool? it's only $50 it's not that big of a deal but 19 days into vip i'm honestly pretty disappointed in the purchase maybe it's my personality is too polarizing but if someone paid me for vip i would message them immediately....and begin the delivery of the product promised
