I’m Juan Carlos (but friends call me JC 👋).

Excited to be part of a community that’s all about helping each other grow, innovate, and make a little noise doing it.

I’m an executive & business coach who helps business owners reclaim their time, scale smart, and build companies that run without them — so they can enjoy the life they’re working so hard for.

Outside the business world, I’m a big family guy (11 grandkids — yes, 11 😅) who loves traveling, sci-fi movies, and deep conversations about faith, purpose, and growth.
