Iβve been building and studying online communities for a while now, and Iβm honestly just excited to be in a space where people actually care about community not just sales.
Skool has been super interesting to me because retention + culture seem to be the real game.

- Reduce churn naturally
- Improve engagement without forcing it
- Create systems that feel human (not robotic)
