Getting Engagement

I have people in my paid group who are all brand new to Skool- people I have worked with in my business before and I guess they just are not used to Skool, having a different platform to check in on - they just come for the live sessions and ghost me all week in between. Anyone have suggestions for how to overcome this? I have tried various questions and conversation starters every day. (Its still a very small group)
