But you checked in.
You stayed with what you said you would.

That matters.
A lot of progress looks like this.
Quiet. Ordinary. Easy to miss.
These days don’t feel impressive, so the brain tends to discount them.
But they’re usually the ones that keep things moving.
So if today felt pretty uneventful, it doesn’t mean it didn’t count.
