Hosting my first coffee hour on Friday so Iโ€™m hoping that a few more members will join live or at least see the recording and notice thatโ€™s my Skool group is a fun place to hang out and visit. Planning a course in a couple of weeks in my free community, which I will then record and use as a lead to drive traffic once I have proved concept and got the community a proper culture and vibe. Keeping the goosify theme in my head to keep it light and fun and build connection at this stage. Thanks for showing how itโ€™s done in here!

Hi guys this is a bit random but people ask me this all the time and has helped a lot them so thought Iโ€™d share here as well. Curious to know if and what supplements you take? And do you take them because you just think itโ€™s a good idea, recommended or youโ€™ve had blood work done and know exactly what you need? Personally I have my blood work done every year to see and adjust from there. I take b12, vit d, omega 3 and cycle through maca, ginko, and functional mushrooms. Happy Tuesday ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿณ
