I made cards with a QR codes to our GBP and it has now paid off we are up from the 68,a long standing not moving reviews to 91, this has taken a lot of effort for my team to buy in to it.
I went out with my team individually to see how they interacted with customers and watched the crucial part where they would ask for the review, or didn’t 😉
As l was speaking to the customer my technician climbed in to the van ready for the off, l turned to the customer and asked for the review. His answer was with pleasure, l will do it immediately, l asked if he could mention the technician by name, so there it was a review by a member of the House of Lords
How do you measure how your staff get reviews?
I have now explained how vital it is to get reviews as AI is looking for them. I am now going to get cards with QR codes for GBP and Facebook on the same card as some people do not have gmail. Even old people use Facebook now, it is just a case of leading them to right page.
Another way in the past was to give customers a courtesy call to make sure everything was alright after the work, if they were l would send them a link.
