Just a quick reminder — if you haven’t already looked ahead this week to find the best times to block off for some intentional self-care, now’s the perfect moment. That includes your workouts, mobility work, and even just checking in with your mental well-being. Your body and mind deserve it.
Studies show that just 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week can significantly reduce your risk of chronic diseases, improve mood, and boost energy. That’s only a little over 20 minutes a day, or three 50-minute sessions a week.
You can find both 50-minute and 20-minute workouts in the Classroom section, along with mobility routines (if you've unlocked those courses with your engagement points). Use what’s there to make movement easy to plug into your schedule.
