Dam Repair
Initial indication is somewhere between $10K and $50K to repair the dam. Looks like some subsurface seepage which puts the lake at risk. I am expecting 2 estimates this week. Also the well is inoperative and needs just under $1K in repairs. Still waiting on septic.
I plan to use those points to renegotiate the sale.
