What’s the optimal way to trigger a GoHighLevel workflow from my AI Studio website?

I’m building a website in AI Studio and want the form submission to trigger a workflow in GoHighLevel. The issue is that when I try to add/connect the form, it doesn’t seem to match or integrate properly with the rest of the website.

For this setup, should I use an External Event trigger or an Inbound Webhook trigger? If there’s a better/recommended way to connect an AI Studio website form submission to a GHL workflow, I’d appreciate any guidance.
