Free Advice - Have an upsell ready

I know that this group is very much about doing database reactivation. We started out with database reactivation, and the biggest thing that we learned is to have the upsell next. Database reactivation is going to happen, but the biggest thing that you can do is make sure that you have something to upsell them to right afterwards so that you can just make more per client.

That's the perfect time to get them into some type of continuity offer or upsell on the backend, which is going to get them more clients than that database reactivation did (because it's a one-shot thing every few months to a year).
