The name is the method. Three moves: Govern, Operate, Handoff. Govern the AI so it does not lie, loop, or lose state. Operate the real work on it. Handoff the busy parts to agent teams that compete and get judged. The motto is Goals Over Hustle. You own the outcome, the fleet does the grind.
