Well Well Well.. Devin, the first AI Engineer is here. ๐
Remember Devin? It is here now... so let's see if this video I made 8 months ago has aged like a good wine.
Disclaimer, I don't know yet if Devin is good or not. Maybe we will drop $500/m to test it for you guys... ๐
But what I know is this:
- It's soon 2 years, and still, the pined comment on Andrej Karpathy X says this:
"The hottest new programming language is English"
2. Yesterday on AI Productivity Hub (Plus) we used Aider to build a snake game, all while programming with "English" and even voice.
3. Devin will be used not only by developers, it is "turning developers into entrepreneurs" (as one person said) and I would add "it is another tool to allow โญ๏ธeveryoneโญ๏ธ to build software & be
entrepreneurial".
4. I have seen people who never coded in their life build solutions, save 100h hours of manual work, automate workflows etc.
The future is here.
And it does not need to be overwhelming.
We are all here to navigate this new paradigm with you.
