Spirituality.
If your spiritual concepts do not help you to overcome your problems in the physical, then it is time to abandon that spiritual concept, practice, religion, etc… It’s like sailing across a river and then hitting land and putting the boat in your back. It’s totally backwards and non-progressive. Hotep!!!
