My son is 11 years old and plays as a goalkeeper on his team. He currently trains 4 days a week and has a match on weekends, but he doesn’t do any specific physical training yet.
I’m looking for experiences and advice:
- Do you think it’s good for goalkeepers at this age to do agility, strength, or general physical training?
- At what age would you recommend starting more specific physical exercises for goalkeepers?
