My name is Ijeoma, and I am a public health nutritionist with over 10 years of experience working with neurodivergent children and their families. But more than that, I am a parent who has sat in the same chair many of you are sitting in right now. I have watched my child struggle. I have felt the frustration of being told "it's just behaviour" when you know in your gut that something deeper is going on. I have spent years learning, researching, and testing what actually works, not in theory, but in real families, with real children, in real life.
That experience led me to one unshakeable belief:
🌿 When you heal the gut, you begin to heal the child. The connection between what a neurodivergent child eats and how they think, feel, focus, and behave is not alternative medicine. It is biology. And for over a decade, I have been helping families harness it, quietly, practically, and with results that have moved parents to tears. Families whose children were excluded from school are back in the classroom, thriving. Children who could not sit still for five minutes, focus, calm down, or sleep through the night. Parents who were told "there is nothing more we can do" find answers they never expected in the gut.
