GLP-1 Maps Circle is the peer community for people on GLP-1. Whether you are starting Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Zepbound — or you have been on it for a year and counting — this is the room where you walk the journey with people who get it.
This is a judgment-free place to feel included. No shame about your dose, your weight, your speed of progress, your bad weeks, or your rebounds. The medication does its work. Your daily habits do the rest. This community is where we help each other build those habits.
Created by Mark "Shep" Shepherd, a 59-year-old retired medical device veteran who lost 50 pounds on Mounjaro. Shep is in the room with you as a peer, not a doctor.
Every Sunday night we share our weekly check-in. Every week we celebrate non-scale wins. Every member is welcome.
