Happy Self-care Sunday!!
Yesterday I really had a self-care day. Met up with a new friend to discuss poetry and get to know each other and then hosted a mom event at my home for my Co-op family. We vibed for seven hours and then I vegged out on the couch and watched TV with my kids until midnight! So today I’m doing more practical self-care and organizing things in my house so we can take some stuff to the dump tomorrow and prepare for family coming to visit this week. What did your self-care look like this weekend? If it was not existent are you giving yourself grace?
