Sleep study
Just wanted to give an update/Day 9. I have worked hard at making sure I get ready for bed and pin around the same time every night. This is not an easy thing to do when life happens. But I am putting myself first and want to get the best accurate information out of this. I am so HAPPY to say, the amount of deep sleep I am getting is amazing. For the last at least 5 years I was not getting much more than 20-35 minutes of deep sleep a night. I have been getting on average 1:15 to 1:50 minutes of deep sleep the last 9 nights. My mental clarity has been better, and I am able to stay on task much more easily at work over the last few days. Could not be more excited and hope this continues.
