Hello Heather & ladies, I need help figuring out how much Bac to add to this blend and what a good starting dose is... I have the reconstitution encyclopedia, but it doesn't contain the blends. Also, I'm planning to pen this in the evening, do you agree thats a good plan ? Tyia!
