Hi, and welcome to this group, I hope to provide a safe place where people can talk about mental health, mindfulness and wellbeing, along with passing on hints and tips that I use personally and through my teaching and training work.
My philosophy is that you cant teach / train people in something unless you have either experienced it personally, worked in the said sector or are passionate about the subject.
Currently I work in FE where i teach about mental health, mindfulness and psychology . I also had a partial spinal injury a number of years ago which has left me with limited feeling from the waste down , spinal fusion from T1 to pelvis and have suffered previously from depression and anxiety due to this.
