Hi everyone! My name is Erica Smith, and I’m excited to officially introduce myself to the Dispatcher University community!

I live in Tennessee, and I plan on building my dispatching business to $20,000–$50,000 per month. 🚛💰

🎯 I want to get these 3 things from this course/community:

Master the load boards and become confident finding and negotiating profitable loads.
Learn how to consistently acquire and retain carriers so I can build a profitable dispatching business instead of just creating another job for myself.
Learn how to scale.

❤️ For fun I like to do these 3 things:

Read and learn new things — especially business, marketing, and personal development.
Cook and create new food ideas. I love experimenting in the kitchen!
Spend time with my family, laugh, and enjoy life. I definitely believe you can work hard and still have fun doing it. 😂
