I work in recruiting and I'm placing a senior GHL operator with a US-based coaching company. The founder built the entire system herself and needs someone who can take it fully off her plate - someone who's genuinely ahead of her, not behind.

Strong GHL depth is non-negotiable. Setter system knowledge is a big plus. Role is full-time, remote, LATAM-based preferred, Eastern hours, $3–5K/month.
