I've been having problems with my automations because WhatsApp messages are not being sent due to a "payment error" message. I have a connected Ad Account that includes the WhatsApp Business phone number that is associated with the templates. The sub-account is registered as agency's sub-account, and it is my main account. I have verified with Meta Business Suite that all of my accounts are also connected to the Ad-Account that has billing enabled and verified. The Ad Account has the LeadConnect partner association in the WhatsApp Business Account.
Is there something I'm missing?
