Need help changing A2P from sole prop to Low Volume Standard

I am trying to signup for A2P 10DLC registration. I made a mistake by selecting sole proprietorship b/c I'm a one-person business, but I do have an EIN (though I couldn't locate it at the time). I got rejected like 3x because I got approved as a brand as sole prop, but my campaign level is as my LLC. So I'm wanting to cancel the entire thing and start over so I can select the right thing (low volume standard) to begin with, but I don't see a way to do that on my end. I tried sending an email to support@gohighlevel.com, but it said they are no longer doing inbound email support and to click on the blue help button in dashboard, but I don't see that. But does anyone know how to correct this issue on my own on my end? I just need to delete/cancel the current registration at the brand level, so I can start over
