Nee, maar lekker! I'm considering presenting the Clarity Quest Challenge to our community! This is a 7-week personal development program designed to help people tackle big goals and make some serious life changes. It's all about shifting your perspectives, setting scary goals, overcoming fears, mastering time management, and using practical tools to grow, all with coaching support every week. To make this as convenient as possible for everyone, I need to know what time of day would suit you best for the coaching sessions. Here are the options: Please vote on the POLL. 1. Morning Sessions: Tuesdays from 08:00 - 09:00 2. Evening Sessions: Thursdays from 17:00 - 18:00 I might even do both times if I have more than 10 people in each group. I enjoyed this section and love the simplicity of how the system actually works and how it can reduce stress and anxiety. I have been a paid user of ToDoIst for many years, and anything and everything I need to do goes in there. Obviously, the list(s) keep growing, and the speed at which I complete tasks is very slow, causing anxiety and stress. This, in turn, exacerbates my ADHD, resulting in lying awake at night thinking of everything that needs to get done. I am going to try and set this up in ToDoIst, hopefully with success. Just a couple of questions about this system, and maybe I am overcomplicating things. Regarding the Big Dominoes board, what does Big Dominoes refer to? Is it a single project or all active projects on one board? The reason for this is the Big Six for today: is it six tasks per project or six tasks for the day? How does this system manage daily, weekly, or monthly recurring items that serve as reminders, such as taking out the trash or calling Mom? My assumption is that these cannot be part of the Big Six and that the Big Six should be tasks that move you forward in what you are trying to achieve. Thanks in advance 😀

Confession
I have had a few realizations the past 2 weeks: 1. I have been bullshitting myself about what I want. Not being totally honest about my deepest yearning, because: "what would people think? what would my dad say if he knew about this? how can I be so pathetic to want this? should I not be strong enough to get by without it?". And the list goes on. 2. I was manipulating the "elimination" process in part one to end up with the want that I felt I was closest to achieving, and felt more comfortable pursuing. 3. In today's session, when we had to think about that recurring unwanted emotion, it was easy to identify rejection or disappointment. But thinking about a goal emotion I realized I don't even have the words for that readily available! I am so caught up in the loop of NOT WANTING TO FEEL... that I can't even suggest the positive emotions. @Marietjie Smit mentioned in today's session that everyone's growth happens in their own time. At their own pace, I'd say. I regularly feel, like @Francois Esterhuizen said: "Have I not learned anything?". And that is why I am so grateful that I can still be a part of this community.
