I’m building 30–60 sec AI-generated brand ads and struggling with workflow robustness.
My current stack:
• Concept + script: ChatGPT (Ive heard Claude is better or any reasoning model with higher benchmark scores)
• Image generation: Midjourney / Nano Banana Pro (personally speaking, I prefer NBP over MJ as it is easy to use)
• Upscaling: Topaz Gigapixel
• Video generation: Google Flow
• Voice: ElevenLabs
• SFX: Pixabay
• Edit: CapCut
I recently moved to Higgsfield.
Problems I’m Facing
1. Concept Quality
• ChatGPT gives generic, nonsense, or unusable ideas.
• Stories feel disconnected and not emotionally grounded in a brand strategy.
2. Script Issues
• Weak narrative arc.
• No cinematic pacing.
• No shot logic.
3. Image Prompting
• Prompts are basic.
• No character consistency.
• No lighting continuity.
• Every frame feels like a different film.
I personally feel there should be a template or easy method to prompt with the structures mentioned in this course which are amazing, manual prompting is too tedious.
4. Video Generation
• Camera angles glitch.
• Logos distort.
• Motion is inconsistent.
• Scenes don’t flow smoothly.
5. Overall
• No seamless transitions.
• No visual identity consistency.
• Hard to maintain cinematic coherence across 30 seconds.
My Goal
To build a robust, repeatable AI ad production system that ensures:
• Character consistency
• Lighting continuity
• Brand alignment
• Cinematic flow
• Clean logo rendering
• Smooth 30–60 sec storytelling
What I’m Looking For
1. Your full AI ad workflow (step-by-step).
2. How you handle character & scene consistency.
3. Prompt architecture (do you use seed locking? reference sheets?).
4. How you structure storytelling before generating visuals.
5. Any better tools for:
• Scene consistency
• Logo protection
• Video smoothness
6. Do you design a shot list first before prompting?
Would love to see structured workflows or production pipelines from people actually shipping high-quality AI ads.
