I have been trying to avoiding scrolling. I thought I had been pretty active in Skool but I think I did more scrolling than engaging. I lost my flame already! That's okay though. That's not the only reason I want to connect and engage in here. I just realized that its a lot of pressure! If I need to disconnect, I will disconnect. But I will be back better than before. 💪
I am practicing sitting and doing nothing now in the morning and it helps me with resistance. I can set myself up mentally for what I need to do next rather than getting lost in social media.
Still working on it though. One day at a time!
