I believe everyone should learn how to fight.
Especially when young.
Kids have so much energy and possibility.
That energy needs a good direction, like a path to follow.
Fighting is a perfect path because it's more than just physical.
It teaches you about hard work, staying focused, and getting back up after falling.
You learn about your own strength and when it's right to use it.
And it's not just about fighting; it's about respect and honor too.
It's such a shame that so many kids are stuck on their phones or tablets these days.
And then they get mislabelled with ADHD when they're just overstimulated by screens.
It's a real waste of what they could become.
Learning to fight can give them what screens can't - a way to really connect with the world.
To be present, strong, and respectful.
We truly live in a clown world where doctors are quick to give out pills for concentration.
But fighting teaches focus and dedication the natural way.
Facing a challenge head-on teaches you more about life than any video game.
We should be showing our kids the value of getting into the discipline of fighting.
Not starting fights, but preparing for anything life throws at you
Bringing back physical activity like fighting will help beat the addiction to screens.
Kids need to develop skills for a successful and happy life.
Not getting them into fighting early denies them the chance to gain a real advantage in life.
