Transunion Deletion Dispute Method
24-72 Hour TransUnion Collection Deletion Method
Step 1:Download the Credit Karma app.
Step 2:Go to the "Accounts" tab. Find the negative item you want to dispute and select "Dispute Items."
Step 3: In the dispute center, DO NOT select any ownership option. For the dispute reason, choose "This account is involved in litigation."
Step 4: In the comment section, enter this statement: "I have not supplied proof under the doctrine of estoppel by silence, Engelhardt v. Gravens (Mo) 281 SW 715 719. I may presume that no proof of the alleged debt, nor therefore any such debt in fact exists."
Important Note: If the item isn’t deleted immediately, try the process again. Sometimes the system can glitch.
Success Rate: This method has about a 70% success rate.
