(PSA) AI Book Writing Challenge: Context & Invitation
Hey everybody, Based on the response and overall interest in taking on the challenge to leverage AI to write and produce a book manuscript in one day, I want to continue the conversation only with those who want to and are serious about committing to going through this process working with me to guide you and enable you with tools and resources that I've been developing that can accelerate this process. 100X what we were capable of doing five years ago. There is so much more to writing a good book than simply prompting ChatGPT a couple of times and having to get you generic AI slop content. There are also levels to being able to: 1. Ideate and brainstorm 2. Outline 3. Write and produce chapters that are cohesive in a line to create a book manuscript There are also levels of using AI within this process to not just create the content inside the book, but also to make the content of the book better, more actionable, and useful for the readers of your book. There are also levels of understanding the entire book writing and publishing process to then lead into the marketing of a book. And then there are also levels to how fast you want to go to get the damn manuscript out of your head in the first place so that you can actually get it to the point where you can start to edit the book or you can pass it along to an editor that you've chosen to work with. Because at the end of the day, AI or not, we need to get the first minimum viable book out of our head and onto paper first and formalize the content idea and strategy to gain feedback from your first readers and those who will be providing additional resources or support along the way to helping you launch your book. Some people have ambitious goals with their book to hit number one bestseller on the New York Times. Some people want to write a book for their internal team to provide a manual for operations within their company. Some people want to write multiple books to support their company's operations, whether it's sales or marketing related or enabling new team members as they're onboarding to the company. There are so many different ways that you can leverage a book as an informational resource to providing organized content to people in such a way that they can take it, understand it, and then implement it.

Claude Mastery Intensive: Session 1 Recap (2/10/2026)
Claude Mastery Intensive: Session 1 Recap February 10, 2026 Watch the full replay in the Classroom under Mastery Workshop. What We Covered This session walked through a complete Branded Visual Storytelling workflow from start to finish. We started with market research using the MarketSauce Blueprint skill, layered in Firecrawl MCP for deeper web scraping, and pushed the final output to Gamma for a branded presentation. All of it happened inside one Claude conversation thread. We also covered the foundational setup everyone needs before building anything: installing skills, configuring connectors (Gamma, Firecrawl, Zapier, Google Drive), creating a custom Claude Style for your brand voice, and organizing client work inside Claude Projects. Live Demo Outcomes @Hannah Andersen from Expand Lab volunteered her business for a live blueprint run. Here is what we produced in roughly 20 minutes: - A 32-page MarketSauce Blueprint covering audience segments, psychographics, pain points, goals, 10 distinct target avatars, brand methodology extraction, and strategic creator briefs. - Firecrawl MCP pulled Expand Lab's own framework (Discover, Architecture, Build, Launch, Optimize) directly from the website without anyone providing it. Hannah confirmed accuracy live. - A branded Gamma presentation built directly from the blueprint using the MarketSauce theme, generated through the Gamma MCP connector with no copy-paste. - A new Claude Project for Expand Lab with the blueprint uploaded as knowledge, producing campaign concepts tied to specific avatars ("The Coach Who Outgrew Coaching," "The Dead Course Resurrection") with one simple prompt. Key Takeaways Skills over prompts. Stop hunting for the perfect prompt. Build reusable skills that produce consistent outcomes every time you run them. Claude will help you build the skill itself. Start with what you already do. Cold outreach, client onboarding, content creation, support ticket analysis. Whatever you repeat weekly or monthly is your first skill candidate.

Hey all, want to share an update about how we're going to be running the Claude Mastery Intensive that officially kicks off tomorrow (Brand Storytelling is the topic for the first call - details here) Given the dynamic nature of learning and implementing with AI, in the case of this workshop we're going to be focusing on Claude as the primary tool. We will simultaneously be implementing and integrating cloud within our workflows throughout this six-week period. The results that you will gain from going through this process will absolutely 100% be derived from your own responsible use and implementation of how you utilize Claude during and outside of each weekly workshop. Therefore I will be catering the focus of each week's workshop to support those who are showing up and most active and engaged in not only learning but implementing and contributing by actually doing the stuff during this workshop series. This means that if you're an active member and you want to get the most out of this intensive, I would highly recommend you consider showing up for each week's session if the topic is even somewhat relevant to you. And if you're unable to due to time zone constraints or other matters that require your intention instead of being on the calls that's totally cool you and I will have the replays up ASAP the day of each call so you can get ahead of things and my only ask is that you share your questions your comments your wins and the things that you're actually doing and building with Claude inside of the community - or directly with me over DMs, but I would much prefer you make a post or comment on my post in the community, because it's much more useful to see what other people are doing and what questions people have or how people are using these tools for everyone vs. only in a direct message, which I will likely be slower to respond to as you.
