Everyone gets the same 24 hours.
The difference between founders who move fast and those who feel stuck is how intentionally those hours are spent.
Most days don’t fail because of lack of effort.
They fail because of:
context switching
reacting instead of executing
doing “busy work” instead of leverage work
A simple rule I live by:
If my calendar doesn’t reflect my priorities, neither will my results.
Time is not managed.
Energy and focus are.
