Just a quick reminder to people who have served or are thinking of serving a S21 before the end of April. The government have issued some guidance on what you can do but the important point is that Legal action under the S21 or S8 must commence by the 31 July 2026 or 12 months from date of issue!

So dont think you have 6 months or more before you need to apply to the courts!
