Choose one simple rule to keep for the next 30 days.
Examples:
• Wake up at the same time each day
• Begin the day with a short prayer
• Walk daily instead of scrolling
• Prepare tomorrow the night before
Keep it small.
Make it realistic.
This is training — not a performance.
